Some terminology to help out here:

Furnished  normally means having all furniture you would expect to be able to live routinely.  Dishes, linens, and pots and pans are typically not included.  These are available in vacation rental properties, which are usually higher priced properties available for periods of as little as a week at a time.  If interested in this, check the "Vacation Rentals" link above.

Partly furnished  means that most, or all, major appliances are included, but no unattached furniture.

The owners we represent are our clients.  Out tenants are our customers.  Our objective is to be absolutely fair to both, and to insure that both receive the best service possible from a property management company.  Our success is achieving this is evidenced by the many owners and tenants alike who have been with us for many, many years.  We would be pleased to have you join that group of satisfied people.
