Waikiki

Waikiki is a district of Honolulu, on the south shore of O'ahu, one of the Hawaiian Islands, and has one of the world's most famous beaches.

From the beach, there is a view of Diamond Head, the extinct volcano to the east. On the beach itself, there is a statue of the Hawaiian surfing athlete Duke Kahanamoku. Waikiki beach is also a place of many cultural and entertainment events, such as surfing competitions, outdoor performances of hula dancers, and kayak races, which occur at different times of the year.
