Terese came to us from a real estate sales and marketing background. She has brought years of prior experience from other aspects of real estate which has only helped solidify our property management team.
Experience, experience, experience. Sydney has been a licensed Realtor Associate since 1988 and has chosen to work solely in property management. Sydney has managed apartment buildings, condos and single family homes and specializes in Waikiki and Windward Oahu. Sydney has adopted: "We treat your property as if it were our own!" as the department's guiding philosophy.
Initially interning at Captain Cook Real Estate, Joy has worked as a property manager since October 2008. Joy is detail oriented, conscientious and enjoys her work. Captain Cook is a boutique type company that allows her to build close relationships with owners, give great service to her tenants and develop a good rapport with her vendors. Originally from Southern California, Joy has made Hawaii her home since 1999. On the Mainland she worked as a court reporter for approximately 15 years. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and is a licensed Real Estate Associate.
Steve has spent 15 Years in the Real Estate Industry. He began his career in all areas of Commercial Real Estate - Leasing & Sales-- and added the expertise of selling Luxury Homes and Residential/Condo/Townhouses in 2010. Steve started working as a Residential Property Manager in 2012 and joined Captain Cook in 2017.
